CLEANSING 101: Salt and Vinegar Recipe

You can use this formula as many times as necessary and in the moments when you feel you need it since it works as a "diagnostic" and "general remedy" tool.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 part of sea salt.

• 2 parts of white vinegar.

• Glass (must be a specific and unique one for this use).

• Small plate (optional but recommended).

PROCEDURE

1. Clean your glass and plate with incense.

2. Place the glass on the plate, personally, I do not use a plate because the one I use is wide enough to contain the salt crystals that are generated.

3. Add 1 part sea salt to the glass, the "part" refers to a personal proportion and will depend on the amount of product you have.

4. Add 2 parts of white vinegar to the glass.

5. Stir the glass and set the intention of its function, which is to absorb and cleanse the energies that are damaging your space.

6. Place the plate and glass in a moderately hidden place, it should not be in plain sight unless you do not have a place to hide them.

7. Leave it alone for approximately 7 to 14 days, after 7 days you can check it and if it is ok you can leave it for another 7 days and then remove it.

8. If after 7 days you see crystals that have formed on the walls of the glass you should analyze the type that has been created.

CRYSTAL INTERPRETATION

• If there are small crystals growing on the rim of the vinegar, it means that there is a regular "negative" energy level and the glass is clearing the space correctly.

• If there are sharp crystals, you should clean the contents of the glass and repeat the procedure, the needles imply high levels of energy that are directed towards you, directly or indirectly, (it is not diagnostic of evil spells against you).

• If salt spills out of the glass, it implies that there is a very evident saturation of harmful energies in your environment; however, they are being properly cleansed. They may be residual energies.

• If the content rots, clean it immediately and repeat the process, I recommend applying other cleansing and protection procedures together, you may consider a consultation with a professional if you do not see improvement in the results of your cleaning techniques.
